About

FLOW is an annual program based in Occitania, whose main event is an artistic tour of heritage sites.
From September 20 to October 30, 2025, The Eyes, cultural producer and publisher, launches the first edition of FLOW, a new artistic journey, dedicated to photography and the visual arts, in emblematic heritage sites.
With FLOW, the Occitanie region inaugurates a new artistic and civic event, free and open to all, where heritage, photography and contemporary issues meet to question the present and shed light on the future.
FLOW asserts a sense of citizenship of the sea and the earth by raising awareness of our relationship with the environment, the marine world and living beings in general.
FLOW is committed to working alongside the artists and venues involved in the program, with a view to creation, sharing and responsibility.
With support for creation through the organization of paid artist residencies.
With collaborative dynamics through the contribution of local, cultural and scientific players (co-productions, workshops with artists and image education workshops).
With a civic-minded approach, by proposing cultural and participative actions and highlighting important social issues and our relationship with the living world.
With an inclusive approach through photography, a vector for social cohesion, expression and cultural openness, even in the most isolated territories.
